Up for sale is a very nice and original German WWII Cased First Class Gold Ostvolk Medal Without Swords, or Eastern People’s Merit Decoration (Verdienstauszeichnung für Angehörige der Ostvölker, I. Klasse in Gold). The Ostvolk decoration was intended to be awarded in effort to reward citizens of the Soviet Union who aided the Germans armed forces primarily in the Eastern Front.
