Up for sale is a very nice and original German WWII RAD or Reichsarbeitsdienst Hewer Dagger and Scabbard. This model is the second variation with a partial stab grip following the full stag grip, which are even harder to find. This particular dagger has a very nice patina which matches its scabbard throughout. After being brought to the USA it was given as a gift to the neighbor of a WWII veteran who brought it home. When I found the new owner, he confessed as a young adult, he had the blade polished unfortunately. Still this is a great example with lots of history at an affordable price!
