Up for sale is a very nice and original German WWII Heer Flat Wire Breast Eagle, or Hoheitsabzeichen. The breast eagle is made with a ‘flat-wire’ BeVo weave and stitched on a wool background. These eagles were often issued on the German ‘Waffenrock’, or Dress Tunic. Overall a very nice example which would make for a perfect display piece!
